At PartsMove, we ship construction machinery parts to customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders and inquiries are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability, customization, or quantity.

  • We will confirm shipping details, lead time, and costs before dispatch.


2. Shipping Methods

We offer multiple international shipping options based on order size and destination:

  • Express Courier: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or similar

  • Air Freight: For urgent or medium-volume shipments

  • Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): For bulk or heavy cargo

  • Buyer-Arranged Forwarder: Available upon request

The most suitable method will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and shipping mode:

  • Express: 5–12 business days

  • Air Freight: 7–15 business days

  • Sea Freight: 15–45 business days (depending on region)

Delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or logistics schedules are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and transport mode.

  • Costs will be included in the quotation or invoice unless the buyer arranges their own shipping.

  • Any additional handling or documentation charges will be communicated in advance.


5. Tracking & Documentation

  • For express shipments, a tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

  • For air or sea freight, we will issue documents such as:

    • Air Waybill (AWB)

    • Bill of Lading (B/L)

    • Packing List

    • Commercial Invoice


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Buyers must ensure that the provided shipping information complies with local import regulations.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • All items are securely packed before dispatch.

  • If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details.

  • For lost or delayed shipments, we will assist in claiming compensation with carriers when applicable.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Additional fees due to wrong addresses, failed delivery, or storage will be borne by the buyer.
