At PartsMove, we are committed to providing high-quality construction machinery parts and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be purchased directly from PartsMove.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Incorrect items shipped

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Note: Custom orders, special orders, or parts installed in machinery are generally non-returnable unless defective.


2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Contact us at service@partsmove.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos of damaged or incorrect items (if applicable)

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Items returned without RA number will not be accepted.


3. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

  • Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

  • We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.


5. Exchanges

  • Defective or incorrect products may be eligible for exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Contact service@partsmove.com to initiate an exchange.


6. Warranty Claims

  • Many products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims should follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • PartsMove may assist in facilitating warranty claims for OEM products.
