2. Shipping Methods
We offer multiple international shipping options based on order size and destination:

Air Freight: For urgent or medium-volume shipments

Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): For bulk or heavy cargo

Buyer-Arranged Forwarder: Available upon request
The most suitable method will be confirmed with the customer before shipment.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and shipping mode:

Sea Freight: 15–45 business days (depending on region)
Delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or logistics schedules are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

All items are securely packed before dispatch.

If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours with photos and details.

For lost or delayed shipments, we will assist in claiming compensation with carriers when applicable.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Additional fees due to wrong addresses, failed delivery, or storage will be borne by the buyer.
